Brie and Cranberry Pull Apart
Ingredients
Sourdough loaf or Cob loaf (or any bread loaf or stick, really)
200g wheel of Brie cheese
Cranberry sauce or Jam
2 tbls rosemary, roughly chopped
150g melted butter
Honey
Method
● Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Slice diagonally along the loaf, all the way along,
about 2cm apart each cut, do not cut the whole way through. Then turn the loaf and
cut diagonally in the opposite direction along the loaf, making squares as you go.
● Next, combine melted butter and chopped rosemary in a bowl and brush over the
entire surface of the loaf and in between slices.
● Slice Brie cheese into thin strips and place in between each cut row, breaking into
smaller pieces where needed.
● Grab your jar of cranberry sauce and with a knife or spoon scatter it as much or as
little as you like through the slices also.
● Cover with alfoil and cook in the oven at 180 degrees celsius for 20 minutes or until
the cheese has melted and is golden brown.
● Remove the alfoil and drizzle with honey, pull apart and enjoy!
